Hi, I am Jacqui Chudleigh a holistic wellbeing coach who at 48 was overweight, lacked confidence, had no energy and felt that this was the way life was from now on. Fast forward to today, at 62 I am full of energy and enthusiasm for life, and I feel fitter, stronger and more resilient than I ever did in my 40s!
Most wellbeing coaches charge anywhere from £99 to £499 per month for their memberships & programmes to support those who want to take a journey like the one I took. I’ve decided to create Soul Shine, an inspiring and affordable 12 Step Programme currently on offer for just £97!
